You’re booking Production / Post-Production Days — blocks of dedicated expertise and time.
We quote the number of days required to reach your first draft, and that quote is fixed.
If we underestimate, that’s our problem, not yours.

Pricing is determined based on your company size. This allows for our services to be accessible for any business at any stage of success.
0-25 employees: $450/quoted day
26-99 employees: $650/quoted day
100+ employees: $950 - $1200/quoted day (value modified)
What's included: 6 hours of editing, motion graphics, color correction, VFX, or any combination of post-production services.
SUBSCRIPTION / RETAINERS: Any bundle of 7 or more post-production days receives a 20% discount on either a subscription or retainer plan.

A Production / Post-Production Day is a unit of time — not a guaranteed number of videos. When determining your quote, we weigh the scope of work and urgency.
We’ll be a great fit if you have a clear vision of the project. A project with an unclear scope may be quoted longer, thus more expensive, to buffer.
On average, one quoted day will provide a video 1-3 minutes long, utilizing video editing, color correction, and audio mixing.

Example: A straightforward testimonial edit with clean audio might deliver a 3-minute video in one day. A product launch with motion graphics, sound design, and multiple aspect ratios might require 3 days for the same runtime.

One day is the minimum booking. Unused time doesn't carry forward or reduce your rate. This ensures dedicated focus and priority scheduling for your project.
Think of it like booking a professional for the day: their expertise and availability are reserved for you, regardless of whether the task fills every hour.

Revisions must be submitted within the same number of business days as your original project turnaround, or it’s considered approved and delivered. Requests for revisions after this period result in additional fees for rescheduling.

Standard Priority: 6hrs max worked per day (Default)
Medium Priority: 8hrs max worked per day (Free for Subscribers & Retainers)
High Priority: 14hrs max worked per day
Medium and High Priority upgrade fees are calculated based on days reduced from original quote.
